Sales & Trading Execution Specialist, Equity & Derivatives, Global Markets

Responsibilities

Primary Objectives: 

1. Sales Trading of Outbound cash equities business

2. Sales Trading of Japanese cash equities business

3. Sales Trading of Listed and OTC Derivatives business

4. Solicitation of Fund products including QIS strategy to qualified institutional investors

5. Sales activities for domestic clients

Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

1. Accept and confirm instruction of the equities orders for covered clients

2. Check performance of the execution then generate post trade report of equities for covered clients

3. Execution and monitoring Japanese cash equities orders for covered clients

4. Execution of listed Derivatives for covered clients

5. Responsible for submitting trading/regulatory reports to local exchanges

6. Build and develop relationship with clients

7. Distribute research to domestic clients

8. having strong knowledge of covered products with proactive learning

9. Understanding Key Clients (KC) and their wallet for the responsible products and generating maximum value for the targeted clients

10. complying with the relevant regulations, code of conduct, ethical behaviour, compliance, rules and procedures applicable in the context of its function and follow the compulsory trainings.

Profile required

Applicant Eligibility

1. More than 5 years working experience at front office of licensed brokerage firm in Japan or

2. More than 3 years of Sales trading of cash equities experience for Japanese clients

Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required

1. Sales Trading experience of Japanese Equities

2. To be a team player and keep a motivation under pressure

3. Respect for and compliance with for market rules and laws and regulations

4. Business level of English communication

5. Native level of Japanese communication

6. French: not required.
