Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

  • Handle day-to-day Fixed Income or Equity Operations (Back Office) for both of JGB and FB or cash equities
  • Contribute CI (Continuous Improvements)
  • Contribute SG permanent control framework

Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Day-to- day Operation Process including Settlement of JGB, Foreign Bond, equity cash, repo and EMTN
  • Handling of trade capture, settlement, payment, accounting, reporting, custody, safe keeping, reconciliation, margin call, tax etc
  • Contribute to CI (Continuous Improvements) and projects.
  • Other tasks as required.
  • Contributing SG permanent control framework

Profile required

  • Teamwork/ Self-starter/ Accuracy/ Flexibility/ Swiftness/ Attention to details
  • Fluency in written and spoken Japanese is mandatory.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Commando type of skill set is preferable (Macro, VBA….)
  • Basic knowledge in fixed income products is preferable.
  • We required candidates who can work 5 days per week
