Senior Analyst
Responsibilities
Within the Société Générale, Flow Customer Service (Flow Monitoring in various applications) part of GTPS/GFL/SCF, the Payment Flow Monitoring Team Member
Within GFL/SCF, we are hiring a cash management & correspondent banking flow analyst and incident coordinator.
Day to day : ( 24X7 shift )
From Monday to Friday :22:00 ist – 15:30 ist + saturday 24h till Sunday 15:30 IS
- · Supervise cash management flows for ASIA (HK, SING and IN)
- · Analyze automated alerting for flows (Europe + Asia)
- · Flow Support (functional) for European and Asian desks users :
o Reply to phone or emails from users in middle offices
o Analyze / investigate the flows to reply to users
o Communicate with users
o Open, follow up and resolve tickets
o Coordinate with level 2 IT teams
· Incident Coordinator on Europe and Asia perimeter :
o Analyze flows and detect incidents
o Trigger IT teams and on call IT teams
o Coordinate the Incident with IT (Asia and Europe)
o Communicate to users on the incident with impact analysis
o Declare major incident to European regulators
Profile required
Bachelor degree
Experience in finance and or banking required/ mandatory
Knowledge of cash management and/or cash pooling would be appreciated
French language will be an added advantage
Operational senior profiles with experience as business analysts or project owner support
· Expertise on payments flows
· Capacity to analyze/investigate autonomously
· Strong communication to users with business semantic
· Curiosity and analysis mindset
· Dynamic and proactive
· Good stress management
· Capacity to lead/coordinate Information system incidents
