Senior Analyst
Responsibilities
Within the Société Générale, Flow Customer Service (Flow Monitoring in various applications) part of GTPS/GFL/SCF, the Payment Flow Monitoring Team Member
1. Daily Supervision of flows passing through the applications that involve monitoring of flows as per defined checklist and actions to perform.
2. Managing the queries from IT teams and other stakeholder for the activities performed. Leveraging the established incident management process to involve appropriate stakeholder for incident triage
3. Monitoring of alerts trigged through monitoring tools and following established procedure for treatment of the alerts. 4. Contribution to planned intervention (e.g. maintenance of customer configurations, adapting services and routing rules): verification of compliance infrastructure, validation of the results of operations and applications during the upgrades
Profile required
Bachelor degree
Experience in finance and or banking required/ mandatory
Knowledge of cash management and/or cash pooling would be appreciated
French language will be an added advantage
