Senior Analyst
Responsibilities
The role incumbent Senior Analyst working in the Equity TSU area, with the focus being error free processing of trades - Working in a high-pressure environment, the emphasis is on total quality & end to end processing.
The TSU Unit main responsibilities are to
· Support all kind of trading activities,
· Monitor and improve processes.
· Monitor and improve the performance (risk, quality) of the ETF value chain.
· Perform day2day business tasks for NAV trades, Creation/redemption in a NAV specific tool (FTOM)
· Fails and Short Management in the Sofit (Buy-in Management tool)
In the context of our support focus he/she will be closely connected to the Front office (sales and trading) and operational teams in London, Paris, and India (offshored), as well as with the global infrastructure departments. Stability and short turnaround cycles are important for the support of this business.
Profile required
KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of processor/senior processor experience in a high volume, exceptions/manual and time bounded processing.
- A sound knowledge of Equity derivative products like Options, EQ Swaps, Variance, Dividend etc.
- Sound knowledge on trade matching, trade validations and investigation process
- Competency in using multiple applications to process/validate deals
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and various stakeholders & cross impact at each stage.
- Familiar with a variety of common desktop applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Word, outlook and Internet browsers.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Keen and quick to learn, inquisitive nature, meticulous, motivated individual
