Invoicing and Reports
Overview:
The TF Back Office Technician is responsible for the servicing the of corporate and commodity clients with regards to the above products.
The Technician must generate invoices which are for transactions under the current billing cycle in the Invoicing Tool
The Technician must apply funds received for said invoices to close out accruals in allTRA
The Technician must make payments to participants under syndicated deals
The Technician must generate client reports
The Technician must input entries for booking MTN’s in allTRA under the Guarantee module
The Technician must generate a weekly Past Due Report and maintain for monthly circulation
They must also efficiently process the above in accordance with industry practices and regulatory guidelines (AML, KYC, OFAC, Anti-Boycott)
Profile required
Preferred CSDG Certified
Strong Knowledge on SBLC and Guarantee products
The function covers:
- Invoicing clients via Invoicing Tool
- Applying Accruals in allTRA (twice monthly)
- Email Invoices to clients / agents
- Apply funds received for invoices
- Generate and Monitor past due report
- Generation and mailing of client activity reports
- Booking and monitoring medium-term notes issued by Société Générale
