Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Review deal notifications from front‑office teams and validate fee booking requirements.
  • Calculate gross and net fees based on deal documentation and update monthly fee ledgers.
  • Prepare and process journal entries in relevant financial systems with proper supporting documentation.
  • Track receivable balances, monitor ageing, and perform periodic reconciliations with the general ledger.
  • Manage interim and final fee settlements and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Perform month‑end activities including balance certification, variance analysis, and reporting of outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and spot checks to support internal controls and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and front‑office teams to resolve queries and ensure process accuracy.
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of capital markets or investment‑banking support functions.
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliations, and fee processes.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across regions.
