Responsibilities

Assist and accompany the team in the processing of day to day activities that comprises of:

1. Sustain and improve the BAU deliverables
2. Prioritization of work based on compliance decisions.
3. Maintain good quality on the processing and ensure that there is no complaints.
4. Improve the efficiency in the CFT process to ease out the impact in operations.
5. Share knowledge through KT sessions, Trainings and Team Meetings to create process awareness within the team.
6. Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with users as well as with other teams on business requirements and clarifications.
7. Effective coordination with peers, on-site and other Support teams.

Profile required

Knowledge of processing international payments.
1 year related experience.
The Candidate should be
Fluent in English – Spoken and written
French knowledge would be highly appreciated.
Should have the ability to prioritize and reactive
Sensitive to risk
Rigorous, methodic and organized
Team Player
Good Communication skills
Sensitivity to quality and Client satisfaction
Ability to manage intercultural relations in an international context
Ready to work in flexible time schedules
