Senior Analyst - HR Services
Responsibilities
MISSION
The HR Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for providing new and impactful dashboards and for developing HR analytics culture across UK. He/she will be part of the HR Shared Services Analytics team in Bangalore and is responsible for the timely delivery of HR reports.
The HR Analytics Senior Analyst works closely with UK HR team and with the regional Business Partners/COOs
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Reporting and Analytics (4-6 years)
· Should have a bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or similar field.
Provide new and impactful dashboards and develop the HR analytics culture
- Work closely with UK HR teams and with regional Business Partners/COOs to co-design and co-construct new dashboards focusing on relevant business areas
- Provide executive summaries with actionable insights and digestible feedback for key dashboards
- Conduct change management actions and upskill data analysis competencies among peers and HR stakeholders via dedicated workshops, trainings and newsletters
- Connect and partner with HR teams globally to ensure alignment and standardization, whilst ensuring compliant with other roadmaps and priorities.
Reporting
- Will be responsible for delivering monthly reports as per fixed timelines and frequency
- Ability to extract / design, refine and explain various standardised reports based in excel from HR systems (Oracle Database, Power BI)
- Contribute to the roadmap by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.
- Ensure a high level of risk awareness, security, precision, and efficiency, conducting many tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions.
- Keep track of and carry out periodic reviews and governance activities as per the roadmap
Profile required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Proficient in Power BI
- Proficient in MS Office and BI tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Creative and inquisitive mindset Client focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to discuss topics with stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds (HR, Business and support functions, senior management…)
- Solution driven and ability to work autonomously
- Process oriented, ability to challenge and simplify
- Attention to detail and strong sense of operational control and risk awareness
- Prior work experience in Human Resources advantageous
- Being able to work collaboratively within a matrixed team environment
- Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Knowledge of programming/statistical tools such as Python or R would be a plus or Strong interest in upskilling themselves to put their programming knowledge to practical use
- Willingness to be involved in projects related to advanced data analytics and predictive analytics
