Responsibilities

Work Experience:          3-4 yrs

Shift timings:                   9.00 am to 6.00 pm (India)

Location:                          Voyager, ITPL

Role:                                 Sr Analyst

·       Create and maintain training activity records for all LnD sessions held in India

·       End to end training admin process (co-ordination, scheduling, liaising with various teams to set up the venue, infrastructure, sending invites)

·       Quarterly Training Calendar preparation.

·       Review Expense and Claims raised by employees forward them for further approval with 100% accuracy.

·       Complete Learning admin tasks – generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails, nomination drive.

·       Resolve requests from users, including troubleshooting and Case management.

·       Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions in appropriate format.

·       Manage stakeholder reviews, implement feedback, and obtain signoffs throughout development cycle.

·       Complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly / weekly basis for various sessions.

·       Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities for Behavioral sessions.

·       Vendor Management- end to end Coordination.

·       Invoicing Process

·       Attendance marking, Session coordination, Feedback collation & maintain records.

·       Case / Ticketing Management
