Responsibilities

-Verify book of accounts, matching of entries and work on complex matching of breaks
-Identify type of transaction and allocate breaks to the correct department.
-Analyze the SWIFT messages and other applications that will enable to complete the investigation.
-Identify the aged breaks and take appropriate actions regularly.
-Liaise with various agencies and departments to take appropriate actions on the breaks,
-Investigation in detail for breaks related to different department.
-Verification of SWIFT messages to release payments to other departments
-Release the payment instructions after complete verification before cut-off.
-Have a close coordination with Paris on the Breaks Management and Payments activity

- You ideally have a previous experience in the banking or finance industry.
- You are fluent in English; French knowledge would be highly appreciated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 1 - 7 years of experience into Reconciliations and Payments in Retail Banking
- Flexible to work in shifts

Profile required

Knowledge of processing international payments.
1 to 6 years related experience.
The Candidate should be
Fluent in English – Spoken and written
French knowledge would be highly appreciated.
Should have the ability to prioritize and reactive
Sensitive to risk
Rigorous, methodic and organized
Team Player
Good Communication skills
Sensitivity to quality and Client satisfaction
Ability to manage intercultural relations in an international context
