Responsibilities

Ensure all the request received via AL case , JIRA and Consensys are completed within 24hrs and with 100% accuracy as per the agreed SLA. Ensure 100% productivity is maintained on any normal day.

Ensure to maintain Zero processing errors and zero data breaches.

"Ensure Whiteboard is updated in a timely manner."

"Minutes are shared to the group"

"Justification on Breaks Investigation needs to be performed on why the breaks are appeared and identify the solution to fix the repetitive breaks"

Participation in WB and Sit-ins on a regular basis with necessary contribution towards the discussions.

Process Improvement Ideas to streamline the process

"E-Mail Queries Mail queries has been responded and solved effectively."

"SOP Process and procedure changes to be updated on timely fashion."

"Reports and Metrics Projecting MIS reports to the management."

"Participation in WB and Sit-ins on a regular basis with necessary contribution towards the discussions."

With knowledge on Static, trade life cycle,commissions, markets fees

·         Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

·         Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment

·         Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers

·         Energetic and mature

·         Specific expertise in working on on-shore / off-shore operating model.
