Responsibilities

Responsibility

Responsible for  Operational Sourcing activities  by means of assisting Asia Sourcing Team on conducting daily 'Source to Contract' process operations to ensure business compliance of Sourcing policies.  within the Business Unit.

Support Asia Sourcing team on daily operations of 'Source to Contract' process to ensure business compliance of Sourcing policies. Tasks include:

    •  
      •  Support on Sourcing Governance between Asia Sourcing team and  Account Payable process
      • Support on Sourcing operational data consolidation in contribution to Sourcing managerial dashboards & reports
      • Assist Asia Sourcing team on various transformation projects reconciliation to improve the Sourcing process
      • Ability to work independently for project steering and with Asia Sourcing Team's support.
      • Capable of performing as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders under advise of Asia Sourcing team, and Coordinate all Sourcing operational tasks in contribution in compliance of Sourcing oversighting and governance.
      • Other ad hoc tasks assigned from Asia Sourcing Team
      • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations

Profile required

Objective: Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is looking for candidate with Graduate Degree with 3 to 6 years’ Experience in Sourcing streams

KEY COMPETENCIES

      • Good Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement
      • Required PeopleSoft  7 Sourcing hub Tool experience.
      • Proficient in MS office with presentation skills
      • Co-ordination and follow ups with various stakeholders Contract Management (Completing the Contract tracking in the Expense Tool
