Responsibilities

Mission:

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst delivers BI solutions, ensures data governance, drives automation, and supports strategic decision-making. The role integrates technical expertise with analytical judgment to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant reporting capabilities across the organization.

Key responsabilities:

·       Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, data models, and governed datasets.

·       Translate business needs into BI solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements.

·       Ensure data quality, consistency, KPI alignment, and reporting governance across business domains.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical frameworks supporting strategic decisions.

·       Conduct analysis, identify trends, and provide insights for performance, risk, and operational efficiency.

·       Propose optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and operational processes.

·       Provide expertise, coaching, and methodological support to junior analysts and operational teams.

·       Document BI processes, data lineage, and reporting standards to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Profile required

Required Skills & Experience

·       5+ years’ experience in BI, data analysis, reporting automation, or related roles.

·       Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, optimization.

·       SQL for complex data extraction, joins, transformations, and performance tuning.

·       Strong Excel expertise for operational efficiency.

·       Experience with SharePoint, structured reporting environments, and governed data workflows.

·       Communication skills for stakeholder management and presentation of insights.

·       Ability to handle ambiguity, manage priorities, and deliver in high-demand environments.

Soft Skills

·       Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to anticipate data needs.

·       Business acumen and capacity to translate operations into meaningful KPIs.

·       Clear communication, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Collaboration and adaptability within cross-functional environments.

·       Ownership mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Performance Evaluation Criteria

·       Quality, accuracy, and reliability of BI deliverables.

·       Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

·       Compliance with governance, documentation, and reporting standards.

·       Contribution to continuous improvement and reduction of operational risk.
