Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Client Operations & KYC
Responsibilities
Mission:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the banking sector, you will lead initiatives to optimize, automate, and transform data processes for Client Operations & KYC Business Line . You will design and implement innovative BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and modern technologies, enabling compliance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Profile:
Proven experience in Business Intelligence with strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization);
Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and stored procedures;
Ability to drive optimization and automation initiatives in data workflows;
Knowledge of modern data architectures (Azure Data Services, Data Lake);
Knowledge of Alteryx, Knime, and Power Automation is an advantage;
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus;
Ability to design interactive dashboards and apply data storytelling principles;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent in English; French is a plus;
Microsoft certifications (Data Analyst Associate or similar) are an advantage.
Profile required
Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI dashboards and data models;
Collaborate with business lines to define KPIs and reporting requirements;
Ensure data quality and consistency across all BI solutions;
Drive transformation projects focused on process optimization and automation;
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance data analytics and reporting capabilities;
Leverage Python for advanced analytics, data transformation, and automation tasks.
