Senior Buyer

The main objective of the position is to ensure the smooth running of sourcing (acquisition) activities, the relationship with domestic and international suppliers, and to support the Finance and Sourcing Department and internal customers in this regard.

Specifically, you will be required to: 

• Lead end-to-end sourcing process, from understanding business needs to signing the contract;
• Ensure supplier competition to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms;
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and direct negotiations — from documentation to evaluation and award;
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments / countries for joint initiatives and knowledge sharing;
• Research the market, identify new suppliers, and bring innovative sourcing ide
•  Negotiate and finalize contracts (framework agreements, MSA, CSA, SLA) with local and international partners;
• Register, update and follow-up of projects, contracts, KYS expiry date, etc within the tools available;
• Maintains an accurate database and reports on prices, milestones and contacts for different sourcing categories;
• Performs permanent controls related to sourcing in the specific application.

• Minimum 5 years of strong experience in sourcing for indirect procurement;
• Higher education in economics/business administration;
• Advanced level of computer and office equipment knowledge (Excel, Word);
• Other trainings in the fields of negotiation/sourcing/contracting;
• Foreign languages: advanced level of English, French is a plus;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
