Responsibilities

Mission: 

As a Credit Analyst, you will be in charge of the assigned portfolio of corporate clients.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the credit applications (such as annual reviews/interim credit requests/credit opinions) according to company guidelines and procedures
  • Writing a clear and concise credit analysis based on a general study of the counterparty and an understanding of the proposed transaction (nature of the line, maturity, amount)
  • Checking the compliance of the credit request with the existing company policies
  • Commenting on the terms and conditions as appropriate (structure, amount, collateral, credit matters defined in the legal documentation)
  • Issuing an autonomous credit opinion and giving a relevant recommendation
  • Launching credit applications in company electronic tool for signatures and collecting the appropriate sign-offs
  • Obligor ratings assignment and uploading in company tool
  • Monitoring of assigned credit portfolio
  • Reporting to onsite and other stakeholders
  • Participating in regular operational review calls and updates with Frankurt Team

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Economic background (University degree)
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis

Language skills:

  • Strong written and oral skills both in English
  • Knowledge of German would be a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Understanding of banking products and terminology
  • Ability to familiarize yourself quickly and work with the Bank’s systems and IT tools
  • Ability to work with distant management and teams
  • Ability to work with multiple interlocutors from various business units
  • Good analytical skills
  • Flexibility & very good organization of work and time management
  • Responsibility, commitment, result driven and quality-oriented way of working
  • Strong cooperation skills
  • Team spirit
