Senior Product Owner – Financial & Capital Markets

Position overview: We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Owner who is ready to take charge and lead our financial markets product development initiatives. This role requires a strategic visionary with ingenuity for execution and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will work alongside a talented team to deliver products that not only meet but exceed expectations.

What you will do:

• Product strategy: Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. Together with Scrum Master, define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Prioritize & plan: Manage the product backlog with precision, prioritize features, and ensure that every sprint delivers value. Collaborate with stakeholders and other Agile Tribes to align priorities and expectations.
• Stakeholder management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate & innovate: Build true partnership to drive product development. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation to solve complex problems.
• Performance & metrics: Monitor product performance and user engagement. Use data and analytics to refine product features and drive continuous improvement.
• Budget administration: Ensure compliance with the allocated budget and the set deadline.

Who you are:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful product launches and managing product life cycles.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools.

• Industry knowledge: Direct or transversal exposure to financial institutions area with very good experience in applicable technologies and digital products.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Customer focus. Champion of prioritizing activities. Leadership skills with very good ability to put the team together to follow the same purpose. High level of flexibility, ready to embrace the challenge.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. Advanced degrees or PMI certifications are a plus. Fluency in English (written/verbal).
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with testing methodology and analytics tools.
• Vocation: Passionate about technology and with a great interest for e-trading area.
