Responsibilities

Senior Programmer Analyst – Risk Management (SG Americas Operational Services, LLC, Jersey City, NJ)

Architect, design and develop Archer applications based on technical requirements using Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and agile methodology; Design and develop RSA Archer GRC data integration feed
to/from other systems as required; Design and develop modules (purchased use cases as well as custom use cases)
within the RSA Archer platform including: layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access control,
and packaging; Perform requirement analysis and provide recommendation for solution analysis, design and
implementation; Use SDLC concepts for designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting application
software that is delivered on time and within budget; Responsible for platform level configuration changes,
including incorporation of new modules, platform level upgrades, as well as other ancillary services such as
reporting; Liaise with development, architecture and infrastructure teams to enhance and expand the RSA Archer
Platform; Work with project manager and Agile/Scrum Master, in planning and estimating throughout the
complete development life cycle or sprint; Identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and
cost effective solution; Provide effort estimates based on the business requirements; Work with business teams to
strengthen the organization’s IT GRC capabilities through development of the RSA Archer solution using RSA
Archer, including demoing prototypes and completed solutions; Facilitate user acceptance testing of new modules
or modifications made to existing ones in the Archer environment; Provide user training for core RSA Archer
functionality; Follow policies and procedures like change management, project governance and software
configuration management; Provide functional production support for the Archer GRC platform; Debug complex
Archer configuration issues; Function as internal SME to train and guide junior resources based in other locations;
and Stay on top of latest trends (functional and technical) in the GRC domain, leveraging industry knowledge and
connections. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to SG
Americas Operational Services, LLC, 480 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310.

Salary: $169,229 - $250,000 per year.

Profile required

Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Technology, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer,
Application Developer, Solution Architect, or any occupation/position/job title involving Software Development
Life Cycle.Must also have the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience using Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) and system design and architecture concepts (including service-oriented architecture) and agile
methodology; 5 years of professional experience working with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams; 5 years of professional experience utilizing RSA Archer platform v6.5 or above (including configuration and customization) and providing guidance and training to junior resources; 5 years of professional experience configuring access control, record permissions, events, workflows, and notifications in Archer; 5 years of professional experience
performing Archer On-Demand Application development and customization of out-of-the-box applications; 5 years
of professional experience defining technical specifications based on client business requirements or functional
specifications from business analysts; and 5 years of professional experience guiding junior developers to complete
development activities per technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.

COMPENSATION & SALARY RANGE:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
