Senior Project Manager - Transformation Project Office – M/F/D

Senior Project Manager in this role aims at supporting the organization by providing assistance and expertise in projects delivery.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Delivering results within the change portfolio as assigned to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline,
- Ensuring robust project management lifecycle methodology,
- Leading the project operating committee, steering committees, and liaising with senior stakeholders / project sponsors,
- Being in charge of analysis to assist the senior management in making decisions on strategy and scope of the target solution and budget,
- Managing project risks and issues, ensuring proper resolution,
- Ensuring deliverables’ timely completeness within budget
- Managing the measurement of benefits, project closure, and transition into business as usual,
- Aiding in development of the Change and Transformation team including:
- Identifying opportunities for the team to assist in other projects,
- Contributing to the teams’ knowledge capital,
- Developing the team’s leadership,
- Helping the Business Line or Support functions to shape new projects.
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role with:
- At least 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector,
- Background in investment banking or financial institutions,
- Experience in financial planning and budget management,
- Practical knowledge and experience in the waterfall project management approach,
- Fluency in English,
- Ability to manage multiple and varied projects within various Business Units,
- Capacity to drive and accompany change within the company,
- Ability to work independently, while being fully in charge of deliverables,
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills,
- A proven sense of proactivity and problem solving.
Nice to have:
- French and/or Polish proficiency would be an asset,
- Knowledge European Banking regulations.
