Senior Software Engineer - IT (Axway Expert)
Responsibilities

Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.
· Should be able to lead impact analysis at team level and lead to expected outcomes adhering to deadlines
· Write business requirements, functional specifications and prepare delivery release documents
· Assist the Program manager and PO in building project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities.
· Facilitate and lead data quality measures, evaluate test management strategy and impact of updated service and
operational level agreements.
· Build good understanding and knowledge of functional/applicative architecture
· Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by
partnering with PO.
· Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.
· Should be able to motivate and lead team to follow Agile methodologies and ceremonies
Core skills
· Demonstrate an expert understanding of core accounting, lifecycle of multiple products, PnL synthesis
· Possess complete understanding of the Accounting management processes
· Ability to build business requirements, Functional specifications and test strategy documents for User validations/
workshops
· Hands-on skills required on writing SQL queries, handling API/Swaggers, opening/reading XML files
Soft skills:
- Good problem solving skills,
- Proficient in communicating and accountability of tasks
Profile required
Required 7+ years related experience in the above Subject Strong knowledge in Accounting, Credit Risk and Liquidity
