Senior Software Engineer - PowerBI

DUTIES:

·         Understanding the requirements, requests, and needs of customers and business users

·         Ability to interface effectively with customers in Italian and English

·         Define, develop, test and release reporting and data presentation solutions

·         Interfacing and collaborating with various stakeholders and suppliers

·         Satisfy Customers reporting needs, respond to Customer Requests in Italian

·         Ensure development cycle complies with project phases, and all stakeholders are updated

·         Analyze customer reporting requests from tenders, identifying implementation solutions and promptly highlighting the effort required

·         Collaborate with other Depts to ensure information accessibility and data quality

·         Contribute to the analysis of business processes that generate data acquisition, identifying any critical issues and areas for improvement

·         Promptly report any actual or potential data risks, such as breaches, quality impacts, loss of relevant info, data viz displaying misleading info etc.

KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

·         Microsoft Office suite

·         Microsoft Fabric, in particular deep knowledge of PowerBI

·         Microsoft PowerAutomate

·         SAP BO

·         Proficiency in SQL in its various versions

·         SalesForce and case management

·         Basic knowledge of databases

·         Basic knowledge of data modeling and data visualization

·         >=2 years of Analytics, business intelligence and reporting experience
