2. Write the draft version of the Terms of reference document
3. Prepare presentations to business lines
4. Prepare the tools (DRPtest, DMC, Mailing lists) for the exercise
Consolidation and analysis of BIA data
0. Consolidate the business continuity requirements (HR and IT)
1. Performa a gap analysis with the current solutions (HR and IT)
2. Prepare presentations to business lines
Survey of the Outsourced Essential Services
0. Sending the survey and reminders
1. Analyzing the answers
2. Reporting on the process
BCM Reporting
0. Monitor the update of BCM data in the systems
1. Consolidate the data, prepare the report and have it approved by regions or BL/SF.
Profile required
Mandatory Skills
- BCM methodology and significant practice of all BCM disciplines: crisis management, business continuity planning, , IT
disaster recovery planning, testing of business continuity solutions
- IT infrastructure and application support awareness
- Good organization skills and proactive
- Writing presentations for management at EXCO level
- Global understanding of Banking activities
- Mastering Windows Office suite. Especially Microsoft Excel advanced functions: vlookup, formulas, using and adapting
macros
- Good knowledge / Experience on Power-BI and SQLlite would be an added advantage.
