Software Developer
Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a skilled Software Developer to help us with the development of our current projects. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in the innovation and creation process of Societe Generale software solutions that can reshape the digital world of tomorrow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java and related technologies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
•Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
•Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement fixes to ensure the stability, performance, and security of applications.
•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
•Contribute to Sprint Planning preparation, track and report Sprint progress
Profile required
•5+ years of experience in Java development(vers. 8+), with a focus on full stack development for web applications.
•Proficiency in front-end technologies and modern frameworks like React(+3y).
•Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
•Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
•Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
•Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
•Good level of English command, French Understanding/Speaking highly appreciated.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•Familiarity with Cloud platforms
•Experience working in high availability or strong regulated environments
