Responsibilities

As a mid-experienced Software Developer, you will be to develop and maintain applications dedicated for Human Resources reporting, using Informatica Power Center, Business Objects and SAS.
What you will do:
You will be involved in HR projects, in an Agile team, mainly performing the following activities:
a) Activities related to Software Development and Maintenance
• Provide adjustments at the request of the Business/Product owner;
• Application maintenance in response to technical evolutions in related applications
• Monitor and adapt the code as requested (technical specifications, performance, security)
• Implement improvement solutions/plans - in accordance to the development standards and architectural rules of the group. Innovative solutions will always be studied and discussed to identify if they bring real advantages in terms of cost and simplification.
• data profiling, data cleansing and data validation to ensure data quality
• Involvement in the project life-cycle and development after requirements:
• analyze (technical impact studies, proposal of solutions, estimation, planning),
• implementation (technical specifications, coding and unit tests),
• delivery in different environments (development, UAT and production)
• support the business in the testing phase (in UAT)
• Produce and update documentations accordingly
• Maintain a good relationship with other teams across India and France.
b) GAP/ RUN Activities
• Application support in the production environment,
• Control of the execution of the batch processes,
• Incident resolution: actions to restore services and lessons-learned for similar incidents
• Account provisioning management
• Security & Obsolescence management (vulnerability remediations, Technical debt)
Profile required
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cybernetic or equivalent
• Middle/ Senior experience: over 3/5 years experience using Informatica Power Center (mandatory) and Business Objects, ideally SAS Studio
• Good knowledge of SQL scripting
• Basic experience in Unix/Linux and Windows systems
• familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Familiar with scheduler tools (Control-M).
• Good understanding of IT projects lifecycle.
• Advanced level of English, French is a plus.
