Responsibilities

 ROLE - DEVELOPER
1.    4 to 5 years expereince in UI\UX, JAVA and SOA skills
2.    Develop features as per CD and digital practices and within agreed timeline
3.    Ensure all CD L3 practices implemented (BDD, TDD, Review, JIRA, Monitoring etc.)
4.    All code review completed by leads and review comments included on time
5.    Ensure all features are tested in INT, HOM and UAT along with BA
6.    Zero quality issues in developed feature and maintain tech debt at < 1.3
7.    Contribution to transversal initiative/s like tech chapter, tech guild
8.    Explore new idea, technology and make impactful contribution
9.    Impactful contribution across projects in BL
10.    Build maturity from Front end to being a full stack developer
OPERATIONAL
Project + Delivery Excellence + Efficiency
•    Participate in the requirement discussions to come up with clear understanding of  
o    Estimation
o    Impact analysis
o    Testing strategy
o    Alerting
o    Monitoring
o    Auditing
o    Performance 
•    Participate in sprint planning 
•    Pick stories and estimate them with minimal guidance from team members 
•    Aim at functioning autonomously 
•    Aim at contributing towards code review 
•    Ensure awareness of all features at FBM level
•    Log your efforts daily without reminders
•    Coding standards and conventions to be followed with organizational\program standards - Code quality - 100%
•    Test coverage - 95%, Healthy exchanges of comments on code
•    Participate in testing INT\HOM wherever possible
•    100% client satisfaction on projects 
•    < 10% re-work attributed to coding lapses 
•    Committed milestones met
•    CTB(Change the bank) satisfaction
•    Measurable contribution to Identify, achieve efficiency savings (hard/soft)
•    Contribution towards automation of existing processes
•    All deliverables should be tested to ensure no impact on performance
•    Work towards overall NPS improvement with target as 50 or above
