Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is responsible for the Production support for CFT applications. The Production support  is responsible for user account management, user access review, batch monitoring, Autosys and account analyze and resolving issues and providing root cause analysis. troubleshoot and fix any application issues. Candidate will also be accountable for performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality and new activity in transit.

  • Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization,
  • Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs,
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and facilitation
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team and be flexible as per business needs

Profile required

To work closely with the business, gathering their needs.

  • Daily Production monitoring
  • Process follow-up
  • Regular Interactions with Developers and infrastructure teams..
  • Responsible for handling Incident reporting, problem analysis, Request management
  • Good Knowledge of Release/Change management.
  • Advanced skill in configuring and supporting applications,
  • Strong debug/troubleshooting skills,
  • Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organizations
