Responsibilities

Join our Capital Markets Operations team in Warsaw and become part of a dynamic 5-person group handling a wide range of tasks—from local payments and confirmations to regulatory reporting and projects. With a smaller transaction scale, you’ll gain exposure to diverse processes and collaborate closely with local and global teams.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Checking compliance of transactions with local and international financial standards

  • Processing confirmations of Capital Market transactions and payments in local and foreign currencies

  • Monitoring NOSTRO accounts and supporting Treasury in liquidity risk management

  • Verifying client documentation and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Participating in projects and controls, while working closely with local and global units

Profile required

  • You have experience in Capital Markets Back Office in a Polish bank or a foreign bank branch in Poland

  • You know payment processes on the Polish market and have experience with confirmations

  • You are fluent in Polish and English

  • You demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

  • You can work independently and in a team, under pressure and to fixed deadlines

  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
