Specialist - Interoperability (Technical Lead)

- Manage requests in the Interoperability domain.
- Design and manage the Interoperability solution architecture (including API and integrations). Design includes choose the right components, defining structure and how different components interact with each other.
- Ensure solution architecture can reach appropriate levels of availability, efficiency, scalability and security
- Identify and mitigate risks during the development of new Interoperability solutions.
- Guide development teams ensuring final product aligns with the designed solution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business goals and requirements
- Identify key business components and gather the specification of their interfaces and business process relationships
- Collaborate to design and manage the highly distributed, large-scale Interoperability platform including all the functionalities: API Management, Integration, Messages, Managed File Transfer, Observability, etc.
- Collaborate to design and manage integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange protocols to facilitate interoperability between internal and external systems.
- Implement policies to ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards related to Interoperability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and interoperability guidelines for developers and stakeholders
- Identify the most important architectural issues in the existing architecture and propose solutions within constraints – rather than being complete, or rather than creating new architecture from scratch.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, interoperability standards and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance Interoperability capabilities.
Profile required
Technical
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or similar
- Deep knowledge in Archi (Archimate tool)
- + 5 years experience in API Design, API first approach, Open API, JSON Schema, XSD
- + 5 years experience in API Managers: SG APIM, Azure APIM, WSO2 APIM or others.
- Deep knowledge in Async API, Spectral, JSON-LD, XSLT, OAuth2, PKCE.
- + 5 years experience designing and developing complex REST based API integrations in TIBCO integration platform (Flogo, BWCE), WSO2 MI (WSO2 Synapse, Ballerina) or other Integration Frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Knowledge in Service mesh
- + 3 years experience with Observability tools: Jaeger, Elastic Stack (ELK Stack), OpenSearch or others.
- Deep knowledge in OpenTelemetry
- + 5 years experience in testing API tools: Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI or others
- + 3 years experience with Git and Azure devops.
- + 3 years experience in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes
- Knowledge in Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of domain driven design
Good to have
- + 3 years experience in message or event streaming platforms: RabbitMQ, Apache Pulsar, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, IBM MQ or others
- + 1 year experience in CDC (Change Data Capture)
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
- Knowledge in Protobuf, Avro.
- + 3 years experience in SFTP, FTPS, SSH
- + 5 years experience in Managed File Transfer (MTF): Axway SecureTransport, GoAnywhere or others.
