SGM PaaS - .NET Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with experience in building azure cloud based internal application using C# and React JS and leveraging Azure services for cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern development practices, including TDD, and familiarity with DevOps concepts for smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and React JS.
• Integrate applications with Azure services such as Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, Azure Virtual Network and Azure DNS.
• Ensure smooth deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following TDD principles.
• Implement secure coding practices and manage secrets via Azure Key Vault.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Work with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code when provisioning the different environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and staging environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and React JS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: AKS, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, DNS, Log Analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code : Terraform / Bicep
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Azure Blueprints, Azure Policy, and governance practices.
• Exposure to Azure networking concepts (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers).

• Strong knowledge on containerization and Kubernetes.

  
  

  Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate AZ-204 is a plus).
