Specialist Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Springboot & rest services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead architectural design decisions and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
 

Engineering in IT/ software or a related field or any equivalent  
4-6 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Spring boot
Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL,  PLSQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

knowledge in unix/Shell scripting is a plus

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Good hands-on on backend java development. 
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
