Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: As an Individual Contributor -

•                     Responsible to create, update, execute and maintain automation tests using Selenium/Python and UFT framework.

•                     Responsible to understand the application functionality and create test scenarios based on them.

•                     Responsible to create test scripts from use cases/requirement by simulating the business flows and end-user actions.

•                     Timely reporting of the test status along with Defect report

•                     Responsible to analyse the defects, communicate and follow them to closure.

•                     Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to analyse the issues/defects and ensure closure before the production release.

•                     Responsible to maintain the test suites based on various application releases.

•                     Responsible to research and constantly improve the Automation frameworks.

•                     Responsible to follow automation best practices.

•                     Responsible to follow DevOps best practices and follow Agile methodology.

Profile required

Mandatory Skills: 

•                     Qualification- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering with an excellent academic track record

•                     4-6 years of experience in Software Test Automation.

•                     Strong expertise on test automation tool-Selenium.

•                     Atleast one-year hands on experience in Python/Pytest framework.

•                     Knowledge on API tests automation.

•                     Experience in building functional test cases based on requirements, specifications and user documentation.

•                     Aspiration to learn and acquire functional knowledge on the applications that we work on.

•                     Basic knowledge on Banking domain.

•                     Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills

•                     Good knowledge on various test case design techniques and testing methodologies
