Responsibilities

This is for Software Engineer - C++ & SQL:

Design, develop and manage high-performance software applications using C++
Initiate & drive the knowledge transition from onshore and manage setup for development team
Onboard the team and train the team on development process
Implement and optimize code for performance, security, and memory efficiency
Write robust, efficient, and scalable C++ code for various applications, including real-time systems, embedded systems, and desktop software
Integrate third-party libraries, tools, and APIs into C++ applications
Accountable for technical deliverables.
Also accountable for managing vulnerabilities, identified time to time by security teams and apps.
Contribute to automation and innovation.
Mentor and guide the team.
Define and produce documents on standards for the tech stack used.
Contribute to code review and architectural design/review to improve the efficiency of the team.
Develop a culture of innovation within the team.

Profile required

Good development knowledge on C++ and SQL
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms with C++
Goodunderstanding of memory management, multithreading, and concurrency in C++ applications
Experience with integrating C++ applications with back-end technologies or third-party libraries
Understanding of version control systems such as GIT
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exposure to various Operating Systems and knowledge on scripting
