Skill: MS Office, SharePoint, Agile, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau

·       Write Functional Specifications from Business Requirements

·       Ensure requirements are well understood, documented and translated to the development team

·       Be the primary contact to answer questions from the development team

·       Ensure test coverage is adequate, and artifacts are of high quality before they reach the users

·       Be the primary or secondary point of contact for UAT and other tests

·       Define test plan / test cases and perform effective testing when required

·       Manage agile master activities within the team

·       A solid understanding of data visualization tools is essential

·       Proficient in generating reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.

·       Extensive expertise in and familiarity with reporting tools and programming languages, including Python, ETL frameworks, SQL, and Macros, among others.

·       Good knowledge of Databases and the ability to analyze, model, interpret data & connecting to BI tools

·       Assist in addressing and elaborating on inquiries from end recipients. Adhere to the established roadmap, focusing on data cleanup, data processing, and data analysis.

·       Promptly inform or escalate any issues identified during the reporting process to superiors or management.

·       Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to essential tasks and activities.

·       Identify and define opportunities for process improvements.

·       Collaborate with management to prioritize business and informational requirements.

·       Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities.

·       Capable of planning work effectively and meeting deadlines.

·       Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Profile : 4-8 years’ experience across Banking domain. Experience in performing Technical Business Analyst role.
