Specialist Software Engineer - Data Analyst
Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Efficiency Program & Offshoring Analyst to support PG validation, manage tracker updates, and ensure alignment with offshoring and nearshoring strategies. The ideal candidate will coordinate with key stakeholders including PG SPOCs and the STX team, and maintain visibility on global resource distribution across Tribes and locations. 5- 7 years of experience in program governance, workforce strategy, or project tracking
Key Responsibilities:· Conduct Productive Gains (PG) validation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
· Maintain and update the PG Tracker on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of program milestones and statuses.
· Liaise with PG SPOCs and the STX team to gather updates, resolve issues, and align on governance activities.
· Track and report on offshoring and nearshoring initiatives, including changes in team composition, location strategy, and delivery plans.
· Maintain an active log and reporting structure for Tribe offshoring activities and global role movements.
· Support workforce planning and transformation initiatives by providing insights into global resource alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:· 5- 7 years of experience in program governance, workforce strategy, or project tracking.
· Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking tools
· Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional and global teams.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Appetite for data analysis. Good knowledge or understanding of ops steering stakes and OKRs.

- Ensure the application of the steering practices and guidelines defined by the COO including tools and process
- Conduct ad hoc studies at CFT or CDS level if require

- Contributes actively and proactively to the extension of the COO vanilla offer to new areas such as reporting tools.
· Experience working in global delivery models
· Familiarity with agile tribes and matrixed organizational structures.
· Prior experience with transformation programs or enterprise PMOs.
