Specialist Software Engineer - DevOps
Responsibilities
· Participate to testing, deployment and production activities of the team to ensure production stability
· Collaborate with other team members (both internal Societe Generale and external vendor consultants) across different locations in China and India
· Kubernetes management
o Install, configure, and maintain kubernetes clusters
o Ensure high availavility and performance of the kubernetes environments
o Implement security best practices for kubernetes clusters
· On prem infrastructure
o Manage on premise infrastructure to support Kubernetes deployments in China and India
o Collaborate with internal infrastructure providers (GTS) to optimize resources and cost
o Implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment processes
· Monitoring
o Monitor system performances and reliability
o Anticipate scaling needs
o Troobleshoot and resolve issues related to kubernetes clusters
· Collaboration and support
o Work closely with the development teams to streamline and improve developer experience
o Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability
Profile required

Looking for experience level 8 to 12 years with strong technical skills.
Technical Skills
· Strong proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters on-premises
· Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, github actions..)
· Knowledge of Python
· Knowledge of Unix (bash, systemd..)
· Familiarity with the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Soft Skills
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong communication and collaborative abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-pace agile environment
