Specialist Software Engineer - Microstrategy
Responsibilities
What you will do:
Plan and release the developments in different environments
Carry out prototypes, unit tests and performance tests and make sure that they respect the technical specs
Take charge of the production monitoring and the related incidents
Maintenance of scripts (Shell and Perl)
Prepare technical documentation
Automatization and industrialization of: developments, release of technical and functional components in different environments, infrastructure monitoring
In charge of the technical analysis and of proposing technical solutions
Follow the quality standards imposed by the project
Use standard or innovative functionalities of the product in collaboration with the business lines as well as with the IT teams
Use Microstrategy on TeraData to ensure optimum performance
Use Microstrategy with Big Data technologies
Offer Microstrategy expertise throughout developments
Code review and ensure that the Microstrategy is well used
Analyze and correct the incidents in prod
Profile required
Minimum 2 years experience Knowledge in a Microstrategy BI environment (development)
Knowledge of Linux working environment
Knowledge on Teradata/PostgreSQL databases
Experience working in an Agile environment
Team spirit, integrity and autonomy
