Specialist Software Engineer- MSBI Developer

·        Develop SQL, TSQL & SSIS packages.

·        Data Modeling and Data Architecture and hands-on with some tools

·        DWH Concepts and Implementation

·        Understanding on all aspects of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in-line with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles

·        Understanding of data management – roles & permission

·        Should be able to design database solutions that are functional & stable

·        Analyze and resolve databases issues

·        Deliver high-quality clean code and design that can be re-used.

·        Actively, work with other Development teams to define and implement API's and rules for data access.

·        Perform bug-free release validations and produce test and defect reports.

·        Contribute to developing scripts, configuring quality, and automating framework usage.

·        Run and maintain test suites with the guidance of seniors.

·        Support existing data models, data dictionary, data pipeline standards, storage of source, process, and consumer metadata

·        Deliver new and enhance existing standards, processes and procedures for database environments using industry experiences, and business needs

·        Understanding of database design practices including database normalization

·        Strong Problem Solving and Communication skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of team

·        Prepare technical design and implement on complex requirement

·        Ability to simplify complex requirements

SQL Server 2019+ & above, SQL Server Integration Service

Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented

·        Expertise in TSQL writing complex stored procedures, functions & views

·        Expert in understanding of query execution plan

·        Expert in writing complex queries, indexes

·        Should have knowledge of disk optimization and data compression

·        Should have knowledge of Migration of SQL Server from one version to another.

·        Must have good knowledge of Performance tuning and should be able to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvement.

·        Should have knowledge of basic DBA activities like taking Backup, restore & partitioning.

Design and implementation of SSIS ETL based on business requirement

·        Should have good knowledge on different data sources & destination, transformation in SSIS and best way to implement the solution.
