Responsibilities

The main tasks will be IT application development and leading teams on technology ground.
Lead the design and technical implementation of the product/project.
Accountable for technical deliverables.
Contribute to automation and innovation.
Mentor and guide the team.
Define coding standards for the entire technology stack.
Contribute to code review and architectural design/review to improve the efficiency of the team. 
Ensure that the project is executed as per client's expectations.
Develop a culture of innovation within the team.

Profile required

The technical lead will be responsible for development, maintenance of IT application and also guiding/mentoring the other junior developers in the team.

Main Responsibilities  

The main tasks will be the maintenance and development of IT application
Accountable for technical deliverables.
Contribute to automation and innovation
Follow high Craftmanship practices
Contribute to code review and architectural design/review to improve the efficiency of the team.  
High reactivity, pro-activeness, and autonomy within the team, and should have the agile mindset.

Experience Requirements  

Require 7 – 10 years relevant experience application development and testing.
Good experience in solutioning and delivering high end software applications in Production
Expertise in delivering and leading internet facing applications.
Experience in working on public cloud (Azure) and containerization.

Technical Skills - C#, .Net Core ,Angular / React , Oracle , SQL Server, Application Logging and Monitoring, Analytics, Data Management Frameworks, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, Azure

General Competencies  

Understand the basic functionality of the banking domain.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Flexibility – Adaptability.
Ability to make decisions
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in one team culture
