Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Administer user access rights for network / central IT applications integrated in the access rights management application (UserDesk) in accordance with the approved matrix.

  • Manages the access rights matrix of users for the IT applications used in the Network/Central, integrated into the access rights management application (UserDesk).

  • Updates user profiles for applications in the managed perimeter

  • Manages the exceptions from the matrix of user access rights for the computer applications used in the Network / Central integrated in the access rights management application (UserDesk).

  • Perform password resets and execution of access rights for IT applications in the managed perimeter

  • Provides specialized consultation to internal clients regarding access rights – how to connect to applications, user IDs and passwords, rules and/or associated particularities – by phone or through tools dedicated to this activity: ServiceDesk, UserDesk, Jira, email, etc.

  • Ensure the functional administration of the access rights management application (UserDesk)

  • Develop support materials for the Network regarding the managed perimeter.

  • Ensure that the Network is informed, within the terms agreed with the Central Departments, about any news, changes (applications, workflows, etc.), or actions that need to be carried out within the managed scope.

  • Identifies and reports the evolution of access rights dysfunctions at the level of the IT applications used in the Network and implemented in UserDesk and, together with the Central Control Center's collaborators, establishes the way to deal with the cases affected by anomalies.

  • Monitors the network activity within the managed perimeter after application/process implementations, collects periodic feedback, and follows up on resolving malfunctions.

  • Provides support and solutions to Business entities in the context of application integration and reorganization processes.

  • Collaborates with all services within the Directorate and with the Departments/Directorates in the Central whenever necessary, in the framework of current activities or projects

  • Respect internal work procedures and SLA deadlines.
