Specialist Software Engineer-Private Cloud Migration Expert

Support migration of legacy Infrastructure to SG Private Cloud for CFT, by delivering required infrastructure and automation for seamless transitions.

Collaborate closely with Feature and architecture teams to translate migration requirements into operational infrastructure solutions.

Ensure infrastructure and pipelines comply with SG security policies, governance frameworks, and SG best practices (SBD).

Cloud Migration Expert with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell & Github Action & .net applications.

9 years of experience in DevOps with IaC & CI/CD hands on.

Must have Infrastructure Migration experience (different cloud platform – Private cloud preferred)

Windows and Linux hands on experience at OS level required.

Secondary skills –

1.      SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS & PowerBI

2.      Understanding and working experience with Docker & Kubernetes

Build, deploy, and maintain Gen2 infrastructure components using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell & Github Action) to support cloud migration and decommissioning of Traditional Infrastructure.

Develop and manage Infra, CI/CD pipelines with DevOps to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

Implement SG monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure operational visibility and reliability of cloud environments.

Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing to support team capabilities and project continuity.
