Specialist Software Engineer - Python & React
Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
- Responsible for all the technical deliveries assigned to him.
- Develop technical software aligned to the specifications
- Solve technical challenges and understand the functional scope.
- Provide design and solutions for the business needs with adherence to coding standards.
- Responsible for creating & maintaining CI CD Pipelines
- Responsible for Production Support on demand
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and optimize applications for cost and speed efficiency.
- Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of metrics.
Profile required
4+ Years of full stack experience in Python web based frameworks (FastAPI) and React frontend
Strong experience developing APIs using Python FastAPI
Expertise in Python type hints, non-enforcing syntax and semantics (Python version greater than 3.8)
Good to have experience in frameworks like PySpark, polars, ETL/ELT pipeline management, code best practices (clean code, unit tests, packaging)
Strong experience in developing frontend applications in React with typescript
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch etc)
Strong experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools preferrably Jenkins
Experience with data quality frameworks and monitoring tools.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
Exposure to banking domain is a plus.
