Role:
The ServiceNow Integration Software Engineer will support the project team in integrating ServiceNow with the SG ecosystem across multiple environments. This role involves troubleshooting integrations, delivering robust and scalable solutions, assisting with environment setup, and accelerating delivery through automation and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and Coordinate: Investigate issues with features and integrations developed by ServiceNow and collaborate with SG application teams for resolution/setup of interfaces
Integration Delivery: Design, build, and validate integrations ensuring robustness, scalability, and compliance with SG standards.
Environment Setup: Work with the Platform Administrator to configure sub-production environments and their interfaces.
Accelerate Delivery: Implement DevOps practices and automation to streamline delivery cycles and reduce operational overhead.
