Specialist System Engineer-Informatica

• Independently design components, develop code and test case scenarios by applying relevant software craftsmanship principles and meet the acceptance criteria using MicroStrategy.
• Designing and developing MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and scorecards according to business requirements.
• Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimizing performance of MicroStrategy solutions and ensuring scalability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing MicroStrategy implementations.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and business users.
• Staying updated with the latest MicroStrategy features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Independent in Managing Agile ceremonies  .
• Deliveries of components to prod with Team and manage post support.
• Ensure counterparts, stakeholders and partners are rightly communicated on time.
• Provide suggestions for automating the repetitive and regular production activities.
• Perform bug-free release validations and produce metrices, tests and defect reports.
• Assist in developing guidelines and ensuring that team practices them.
• Increase coverage of data models, data dictionary, data pipeline standards, storage of source, process and consumer metadata.

•              9+ years’ experience on BI - MICROSTRATERGY & RDBMS Development in Data warehousing projects preferably in Banking Domain.
•              Should have exposure on Teradata database & well versed with Teradata Utilities.
•              Should be able to take user request and  create reports for user Visualization.
•              Should be well versed on Agile Process and actively involved in the Agile ceremonies.
•              Should have good Reporting tool knowledge on creating cubes and report generations.
•              Should have worked in Data warehousing /BI projects on Data validations.
•              Should have good Team Leadership skills and should be independent in driving projects to closure.
•              Should have Control-M knowledge for scheduling .
•              Proficient in SQL with analytical skills, Identifying data anomalies and providing resolutions.
•              Good to have knowledge on CICD(Jenkins, etc).
•              Having some exposure to ETL tools is added advantage.
•              Good to have exposure on cloud  Implementation for MicroStrategy.
•              Should be able to communicate with BA on technical failures and acceptance criteria for business changes for the Prod and preprod.
•              Good analytical/ troubleshooting skills to cater the business requirements.
•              Effective verbal and written communication to work closely with all the stakeholders.
