Specialist System Engineer - SCCM

Ø  Security Updates Distribution using SCCM 2012/CB  with Patch Testing and Patch Deployment experience adhering to Change and Release management Processes.

Ø  Software Deployment Process Knowledge on SCCM and with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, Collection Creation and Managing Advertisements.

Ø  Experience in SCCM Migrations ( 2007 to 2012,2012 to CB)

Ø  Administration experience on SCCM 2007 / SCCM 2012/SCCM CB

Ø  SCCM Reporting and Custom Reporting for Deployment Penetration.

Ø  Knowledge of SQL Query creation for custom reporting.

Ø  SCCM Asset Reporting and Reporting Software Usage.

Ø  Automate day to day activities of self and team through scripting or other automation tools.

Years of Experience – This has to be more precise as in range of Year of Experience than just year i.e. 4-8 Years

Ø  4 years of relevant experience in SCCM based configuration and release management.

Ø  4 to 8 or more years of overall IT experience.

Qualification / Certification –

Ø  Diploma / Degree (mandatory)

Ø  Certification on SCCM 2012 (Optional in case of Good knowledge)

Ø  ITIL Foundation (optional)

Ø  SCCM 2012/ CB Operation’s and infrastructure management:

Ø  Candidate with 4 to 8 Yrs experience in SCCM infrastructure including, SCCM client installation on server, maintain/upkeep of SCCM infrastructure.

Ø  Manage daily health check on SCCM infra.

Ø  Managing MP, DP and other SCCM components.

Ø  Troubleshooting replication issues, site replication issues, database replication issues, Package distribution issues.

Ø  Good knowledge on package/Application distribution flow.

Ø  Good knowledge IIS (internet information service), troubleshooting knowledge of IIS logs

Ø  Good knowledge on WMI

Ø  Good knowledge on Server side SCCM infra logs and ability to analyze it

Ø  Troubleshoot incidents and provide guidance to L1, L2 team members

Ø  Should be able to automate the reporting, health checks of the infrastructure and such other day to day activities his self-using scripting tools like VB Scripting / PowerShell
