Specialist Systems Engineer - Windows L2
Responsibilities
System Administration Experience with Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022.
Experience with Veritas Volume Manager, Understanding of Scripting, Shell scripting, Experience with Volumetry on SAN / NAS, Veritas cluster, PowerPATH, VMware platform.Troubleshooting & cluster creation of VM & physical servers
Monitor, triage & troubleshoot incidents with WIN Infrastructure
Cluster create & configuration of VM & physical servers
Install, upgrade, maintain and support WIN Infrastructure
Providing the permanent fix on the repeated alerts
Analysis of the alerts, Route cause analysis
Maintain and support services/applications that are part of the WIN team’s responsibilities
Contribute to documentation and review standards and operational procedures
Enforce technical and security standards for WIN Infrastructure and services
Follow internal processes at all time (SOPs, Golden Rules, ITIL, time tracking, escalation, etc)
Work closely with peers worldwide by taking part in periodic meetings and Share Knowledge
Contribute to GTS Transformation – Individual and Team level.
Adhere to the support/leave planning by participate in # WEinfra / OTG/ On duty / Weekend shifts / Holidays
Agent support like Symantec, EDR, Qualys, winlogbeat, Zabbix etc.. Azure cloud technology
