In Société Générale Securities Services entity, you will join the FVS Fund Operations department into the techno-functional role of fund valuation.
Your mission:
As part of your duties and in compliance with established procedures, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Support for FVS teams and answering FVSautomation and optimization needs.
Support and development on tools in producing regulatory reports and other reporting (AIFM, Banque de France, ESG, IFRS, annual and semi-annual reports for France, Luxembourg, Italy, and Ireland).
Implementing procedures, creating tools to support teams in the production steps.
- Supporting production teams: implementing automation, reviewing, and redesigning production software packages if necessary, executing production and control queries, and assisting in blocking points.
- Performing SQL queries and VBA developments as part of implementation in new report types or other production needs, empowering production teams, and supporting the implementation of new services.
- Writing test books and conducting tests during tool upgrades or bugs. You will also be required to contribute into various projects related to the department's activities (new OPC accounting plan, continuous improvement, regulatory changes).
Activity framework:
Financial reports (depending on production frequencies: annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly) for Jersey/Cayman Funds/UCIs, as well as for various types of international rights, in reports type: AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Managers), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission), Banque de France Statistics, ECB.

You have a 4-5 years degree in finance/accounting or IT.
You have prior experience in IT support, preferably in the banking sector.
In the context of your support/project tasks:
• You have skills into SQL, Java, development languages, etc.
• You manage Oracle databases.
• You manage VBA in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• You are autonomous and rigorous.
• You have experience in support functions and project management.
In the context of your activity tasks:
- • You are familiar with AIFM accounting for mutual funds, OPCIs, FCPIs, and FCPRs
- • You are familiar with GP software for AIFM
- • You are familiar with AIFM regulations
- • You are proficient in office software
- • You speak English fluently
