Responsibilities

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

In close relationship with the Paris central hub, act as a coordinator for various credit related tasks which include:

  Environmental & Social (E&S) topics :

o   Monitoring of E&S analysis ordered from E&S analysis providers.

o   Distribution and follow-up of questions/issues between E&S analysis providers and credit analyst or PCRU teams.

o   Monitoring of MyCredit E&S KPIs and set-up actions in coordination with GLBA/CPM/REG

o   Management and monitoring of invoices related to E&S analysis


  Credit and counterparty risk topics:

o   Monitoring of DPDs (Day Past Due) for the requirement of NDOD procedures.

o   Collection of data and management of reporting for the needs of Leverage Lending.

o   Any other monitoring or assistance required on credit policies procedures or processes.

  Provide the necessary support to the onshore and offshore teams to ensure a smooth operation within CPM

  Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, global standards, and industry best practices.

  Be back up for the tasks assigned to team

Profile required

COMPETENCIES

·         Strong communication skills and ability to interact with banking professionals at all levels.

·         Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

·         Acquire ability to complete work with minimal or no supervision.

·         Ability to organize time and manage deliverables to deadlines.

·         Ability to identify and accommodate shifting priorities with little notice.

·         Quick learner and ability to multi-tasks and utilize SG systems.

·         Ability to investigate/Analysis/research/synthesize data and make appropriate conclusions.

·         Experience in Credit Administration functions is an advantage.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

·         Good understanding of lending terminology, commercial & investment banking products and legal documentation

·         Good knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals

·         Experience in Advanced MS Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Data Querying, Macros, VBA

·         Experience in data Analysis, Data Cleaning, Dashboard reporting and other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is  an advantage.

·         Good Knowledge on MS Suite.

·         Knowledge of 3rd party information sources like S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, SNL etc.

 

 

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

·         Relevant experience in large international bank or similar financial services organization

o    Analyst – Credit Admin (2+ years of relevant experience)

o    Sr. Analyst – Credit Admin (4+ years of relevant experience)
