Structured Finance Middle Office Analyst - M/F/D
Responsibilities
Structured Finance Middle Office Team (SMO) is a part of the Global Banking Technology & Operations Service Unit - Financing (GBTO/FTB) division and is responsible for the set up and operational management of Structured Finance Syndicated and Bilateral Loans and Guarantees. The team was created in July 2025 and since then has been collaborating closely with business partners from Paris.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Implementation and management of both new and existing transactions, within Structured Finance operations (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantee issuances):
• Analyzing legal documentation
• Collecting and checking of the approvals
• Providing input and data validation in the systems (Loan IQ, Covtrack)
Managing and monitoring post-closing tasks like data quality and accuracy maintenance
Reporting incidents/complaints according to the deadlines and best practices defined
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes/procedures
Answering questions from internal and external auditors
Monitoring and supervising recommendations (NFAs) and associated action plans within the given timeframe
Performing operational and managerial supervision controls
Profile required
Have worked in a back/ middle office in a bank, ideally in for several years
Understand the structured finance (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantee issuances)
Enjoy reading legal documentation (knowledge of LMA documentation is a plus)
Speak English fluently (proficiency in French is an asset)
Easily communicate with a diverse audience, especially in a complex context
Have analytical and synthesis skills
