RESPONSIBILITIES
GBTO – Global Business Technology Unit, along with other service structures, is an entity which delivers high quality services for the GBIS (Global Banking Investor Solutions) of Société Générale. It is a big organization spread around the globe with a central Hub in Paris.
From a geographical point of view, GBSU covers the most important financial places: New York, London, Hong-Kong and Paris. Nearshoring and offshoring are part of the Digital New Ambition and as of today there are 3 hubs on which GBIS relies on: Bangalore, Montreal and Bucharest, the GBSU Bucharest HUB being mainly for Paris based activities.
Your mission is to lead and coordinate Production Support (PPR) activities across PMC, PMX, and PST functions in Bucharest, ensuring end‑to‑end stability, resilience, and service quality for pre‑trade platforms.
You act as the central coordination layer between Run (PPR) and Build (PMC/PMX/PST), ensuring efficient incident management, controlled change delivery, and full alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Specifically, you will be required to:
· Lead and coordinate PPR production support across PMC, PMX, and PST
· Ensure end-to-end stability and availability of pre-trade platforms
· Own incident management lifecycle (detection, triage, escalation, resolution)
· Act as primary interface between Run (PPR) and Build (PMC/PMX/PST)
· Coordinate L3 escalation and resolution with development teams
· Drive major incident handling and stakeholder communication
· Ensure operational readiness for releases and production changes
· Enforce support governance, processes, and RACI alignment
· Monitor and improve KPIs (SLA, MTTR, incident volumes)
· Manage risk, vulnerabilities, and regulatory compliance
· Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
· Oversee team capacity, resilience, and service coverage.
Profile required
Good understanding of Run vs Build governance and delivery lifecycle [HID Applic..._Supp_RACI | Word]
· Familiar with risk, audit, security, and regulatory frameworks (ITRM, controls, compliance)
· Strong leadership and team management skills (capacity, resilience, multi-region coverage)
· Excellent stakeholder communication, including business and executive level
· Ability to prioritize, perform under pressure, and manage major incidents
